    Thanks for asking about my legs Ladies. I am now wearing compression socks which are amazing. I have cut way back on my walking to rest my legs. I miss walking miles daily. Today I tried walking meditation which is a deliberate and quiet walk. Very slow and pain free. Not as easy as it sounds since I lack patience and tend to always be in a hurry. I had to slow down many times. It is suppose to be nice tomorrow so if my legs are still feeling good in the morning I may try walking meditation again.

    2.87 miles walk. I could not slow down today. LOL A beautiful day outside and my legs wanted to move faster.
