My Hubby and I are in our Young 50s and looking forward to losing weight and getting healthy! We currently take 2 pills twice a day and are losing weight. But diet is important also.

Same here, the body is changing and I'm trying to figure out how to break even to keep weight off in addition to losing more.0

Hi, I'm in my mid 50's, hubby is in early 50's. I have Hashimoto Hypothyroidism and need to be careful of gluten & dairy. Hubby just got out of the hospital with a health scare.... looking for low fat, heart healthy meal ideas.....does this group share recipes? If so, how does one access them? Thanks!
