Chris sorry to hear Ronan lost his hat. :(

My battery for my scales is dead. No weigh in for me today. Fish all doing well. Doing 4 gallon water changes nightly to be safe.

162.5 today. Enjoying the low, but waiting for the bounce back to 164, soon the range will be 160 low to 162 high, that's when it'll feel real.

    He's a beautiful boy, Chris.

164.5 - ate too much potluck leftovers yesterday. Then the same today - to which my snipped stomach made serious (and painful) objections. Ever had a two hour flu? That's what the intestinal cramps and spasms and sweats felt like. Hope not TMI... :cold_sweat:

Didn't weigh this morning. First time ever. Yeah, 4:00 or 4:30 some mornings. Somebody likes to walk in the dark and if we are picking up Ronan early we walk early. Tomorrow should be more reasonable.

Thank you both. He is a joy!

Paula, so sorry about the two hour flu. egads!!

Chris, the holidays can be so unforgiving. And my face is sore still. :( But my fish are still doing good. I went over today. So no extra points for Wampus. Sorry guys. They say women gain 5 pounds a year. Or something like that. Anyway you gals keep me breaking even. So I win. o:)

I hurt. My face is swollen and I think it is infected. Called my dentist at home and he called in a prescription for me. Just miserable. :'(

Shelley, so sorry! Dentists are not my favorite people. I got pink eye(s) from someone. Went to the Harvest Festival last Sunday with a friend. Think I got it there. No one else has it. My eyes were almost swollen shut! Shelley, we could have done a creepy movie together!! I'm much better now. Got eye drops.

Have a great weekend, my friends.

Chris if misery loves company we were in the best. So glad you did not share it with your family. I am feeling somewhat better today. Still walking everyday and doing my other workouts. Just with reduced weights.

Sanara cooked up a moist turkey. Very yummy. We all had a great time. Hope your family did also.

Glad you are feeling better, Shelley. Eyes are a bit itchy but much, much better. Shoulder still a bother, tho.

SIL cooked turkey. His mom brought a ton on yum. I did the fruit and veggies. It was really good. I didn't go overboard at all. I did have two cookies.

    Christmas joy...my love.

Ugh I hit 168 a couple days ago. was tickled pink that it was still at 168 today. The last few days felt like they were out of control. Thank goodness My Bro & SIL kept the fixings!

Now to get back on the wagon. Probably going to be some work for awhile.

Me too! I don't even want to tell you what the scale read this morning at 4:00 a.m. ...nopey, nope! Back to it today. November is hard. Nick's birthday is this Wednesday. He would have been 28. :'(

He was younger than my boy. I am beginning to feel as if I knew him. <3 Was his hair dark?

I wish I had not weighed this morning. 153 I really blame it on being under the weather. No energy. Little better each day.

Shelley, he was born blond, but it turned darker brown as he grew up.

Okay, 146.6 this morning at 4:00. So cold outside!! Walked anyway!!

Chris funny how blondes do that. Hair can be so fickle. :)

I did not other to weigh myself. Darn scale lies. And I have been good. But I did order a few things for my tank. A replacement for the one that did not make it. And some cleaner crew. I did get a red starfish. And some red snails and some other types. They threw in a free fish even. Lots to do to get ready for them next week. I am happy to say my little yellow angel is doing great. :)

I wrote this before but didn't hit post...urg.

Nick join soccer when he was five. It was a boy/girl team. So cute...so funny. The soccer ball (even the small ones) seemed so big for them. They had so much fun...running...yelling...falling down on the grass. His dad took him to practice this particular day and when he got home, he walked into the kitchen, dumped his soccer stuff on a chair, turned to me as said, "I need a hair cut." I was stunned. His hair was beautiful. "Why do you need a hair cut?" I asked. He turned both hands out, palms up, emphasizing each word saying, "Mom, they think I'm a girl!" I tried really, really hard not to laugh. This was serious. As were the blond curls on the barbers floor.

    145.6 this morning at 6:30.

Oh my Chris. I would have been rolling on the floor. I could just see this little blonde saying that. <3 What a lovely memory.

I have been failing hitting the post button lately also. :s Yesterday I was down to 151.6. Today I am the same. Much better than 153!
