Slow Carb-Not sure what to do?

This week I didnt lose weight like I have in the past weeks but I am still down one pound.
I have lost 50 lbs in the last 20 weeks so I think I have the diet down well
My main issue is that I am not hungry. I eat my 3 meals a day....
On my last cheat/reward day, I wasn't hungry for anything but I did have a mixed
drink and have sugary carb stuff as well as a meal out.
I have started using a calorie counter because I was not getting to 1000 per day.
I pushed to get 1200 yesterday
I know calorie counting is not a part of this plan but I know I am not eating enough.
My BMR is 1500
Do I need to push to 1500?
I am getting my 30 grams of protein each meal. Is there a max on protein daily?
I am sorry to be so whiny but I have another 30 to lose and I dont want to fall into a rut and off the plan.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks

50 lbs in 20 weeks is just fine, time to let your body catch up with the plan again. You are still losing weight so no need to tweak. Also no need to force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry - you are getting your fuel from your fat stores. Trust me, you will get a hungry period again. If you aren't feeling hungry just eat more nutrient dense foods that take up less space (avocado instead of arugula, lol)
Cheat/reward days are also something you don't need to force either. Why put sugary carb stuff into your body when you know it's no good for you and you don't really feel like anything in particular?
It is important to make sure you are hitting your minimum for protein and you likely don't have to worry about a maximum unless you are doing keto for medical reasons. Is your BMR still 1500? or was that taken from your previous height/weight/activity measurements? Maybe it's time to recalibrate.
Focus on other non-weight related victories, how much energy you have, better joints, less pain, clearer skin, no bloating, whatever. Also you should be checking your measurements, they can still change quite dramatically even though there is little weight change.
