Joining in the challenge but had googled it before finding this thread and am doing one that starts with 50 squats and ends with 250.
Still hope to log my completion every day.
First day easy as - all over in 2 mins...perhaps I'm doing something wrong?!0 -

I found the link, really excited. I recently did 80 in one day, could not walk for 3 days. Misery. I am hoping for results with this one. I think that the more you do does nothing if you cannot walk or be fit for following days. Maybe it's just me, but toning is different than injuring yourself.0
