Whoa! I'm blown away!

1 week in...very visible difference in my belly! Weight down some...I know it's a lot of water loss, but I'm amazed just how much water and bloat I had. It looks like 1 lost 5 lbs from my middle belly roll....judging by what it looked like the last time I lost weight starting from this size. That can't be mostly fat in just one week, so I'm wondering if indeed my body really doesn't like grains and sugar (i've had zero this week, zero sugar, zero sweetener, zero starchy veggies). I know there's an initial whoosh and then slow but steady, but what a way to get motivated! Y'all, I'm psyched! And I've eaten tasty things, and haven't counted anything!

    Great start and as you continue on this health marathon (not sprint) you'll see even more progress. :)
