New to LCHF- questions on fat fasting

Hi All,

I’m new to MFP and to LCHF- the WOE makes sense to me, the foods to eat and amounts make sense to me but what I’m not 100% on is fat fasting.

Do you only fat fast when you’ve hit a plateau or do some of you cycle through and fat fast once a month or other timeline?

Do you prefer to fat fast, intermittent fast, neither, both?
