    Good WI two weeks in a row! Lost 1.6# for second week! Hit 193 today! I can actually see the 180s!!! Haven’t been there since High School!

    Congrats Jim! You're doing great! I still remember when you first started this go round. You've come soooo far and worked hard for your successes. Can't wait to celebrate goooaaaallll with you!

    I will hopefully rejoining you the week after Thanksgiving on the Thursday WI. Been out of town again, but plan to get back to a meeting Wed for a baseline, and that should keep me accountable over the holiday feasts next weekend LOL. Looks like my houseful is not going anywhere anytime soon, so i'm just going to have to figure out how to stay OP with all the distractions.
