Greek Yogurt

Hi all,

I'm new to clean eating. For the most part, I'm trying to eat a vegetable, lean, legumes and a little animal protein diet. Some whole grains (minimally processed). But the one thing I have every morning is Fage 0% Greek yogurt with a little honey and some raw almonds mixed in. I really don't want want to have to give that up.

From time to time (maybe 2-3 times a week) I have one serving of cheese as well.

How many of you have completely cut out dairy?
