Continue or Call It Quits......Do we want a 'Winter 2018' group

Hello ladies!

We are coming up to the end of our fall journey....TWO. MORE. WEEKS :D !!!!
(last day--Sunday, Dec 3rd).

I am wondering your thoughts on returning for the new year. We can take a 4 week rest period
(Dec 4th-31st). We can then open our group up to other ladies like I did last time (I would post in a forum what we are all about and add ladies on Dec 30th, 31st and Jan 1st....then the group will be closed). Also, if you have friends that may want to join we can send them an invite.

OR we can continue with just us...who we have here OR we can not do the group at all anymore

What is your pleasure ladies? Offer suggestions if you have any.

    I would LOVE to do it another time.. I like the idea of opening it up to others, and invite our friends. I really think this group, and this challenge is how I stayed focused and keep losing weight. THANK YOU!!!

    I would love to continue doing it. I do think we need to invite more people in though, since nobody has been very active this time around.

    I'd like to keep going too! Opening it up to other people is a good idea, and I'm good with the 4 week break or starting right back up. Thanks for keeping the group going!

    I'm in for another round. Now that I've got my head in a good place after everything that happened personally during this round, I plan on being active again.

    You all have been such help in my continued perseverance that I don't want to lose y'all.

    Sorry I've been off and on here. I like checking in to see how others are doing and would love to be part of this group!

    I'm meeting with my nutritionist Thursday to discuss doing the elimination diet to see if I have any food issues related to a health issue I've had the past 5 years. I hope to share some healthy recipes!
