When I started my weight loss journey I was just above 400lbs (403.8lbs to be exact). I quickly joined the 300+ lb club and spent the better part of 2 years using CICO and extreme exercise to lose the weight and only made it down to 303 lbs. Well fast forward 3 years a college diploma and a almost completed university degree and I gained all the weight back.
In January 2017 my family doctor recommended I try a keto diet to help with my dry skin issues and some mild PCOS symptoms. It's now November 2017 and I am weighing in at 292.2lbs and still consistently losing more weight every week. So while I'm not a member of the 300+lb club anymore, I just couldn't hold back my excitement in telling everyone. It's possible guys. I NEVER thought I could make it this far, so easily, and enjoyably. I LOVE the exercise I do now (for heart and body health) and I LOVE my food because it's so satisfying and just delicious.
So as the holidays approach just remember your long term goals and if I can lose 100lbs (twice!) you can too.

Technically, I'm not a member any more either, but I still hang out for the community
congratulations! I completely understand - I started at 375 lbs and after years of being around that weight, having lost 90 lbs once and then gaining almost all of it back, I completely understand. Way to go!
