What Alternatives to rice for Keto

been trying Keto for 2 weeks. it took me a while before i saw the Purple. exercise really helped push me into the purple ketozone. Can we talk about What Alternatives to rice for people in this group use.

I am keen to make Keto and IF friends so please add me :)

    I have not really desired rice, but am aware a lot of people use cauliflower rice. Which can be bought, or made at home. Other than that I am not sure if there are other better alternatives.

    Look up cauliflower rice, great alt. I love it

    I use cauliflower rice. Also broccoli rice is really good if you don't. Care for cauliflower. I use both as a substitute for rice for stir fray and pillaf dishes. Also. Cauliflower and broccoli is a great substitute when I get a craving for Mac and cheese
