I struggle to get my workouts on workdays. I go to the gym 2x a week. Usually a dance 1x a week. The rest of the time its neighborhood walks. I wish I had more energy.1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES (bike and tread at gym and ab workout app)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES (even with homemade spaghetti, I was successful!)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES0
