I hate tracking, but...

beginning today I *will* track everything I eat. For the past 2-3 weeks, I've noticed that I'm doing a lot of "grazing" and NOT tracking all those BLTs (bites, licks, tastes for those who don't know).
And there's MY goal for this week.

I have been losing for 5 weeks now by intuitive tracking but started actual tracking this weekend sensing things were going to get dicey soon. Tracking does work.2

Why did I pick Thanksgiving week to start tracking again. Holy cow, the calories added up quickly. And to make matters worse, we hung out at my SIL’s house until 10:00 pm with food out and readily available the whole time2
