I'm thinking of signing up for her programs but I'm just slightly hesitant because they are dairy free and while I'm okay with being mostly dairy free I do enjoy it and don't want to cut it out completely. So, what I'm wondering is if you can substitute in a bit of dairy while doing her programs.

I love Healthful Pursuit/Leann! I often maker her recipes and, since I am not diary free, I will sub in dairy or add dairy (CHEESE!) as desired. You do have to remember to adjust the macros/calories, though, if you make any changes.
I really like her "one size does NOT fit all" approach to Keto. She is well versed and takes her lifestyle seriously, but she also understands that it won't look the same for every single person and she encourages experimentation and independent approach.1
