    When I ate breakfast, I made it awesome. An egg poached in avocado oil with turmeric on homemade paleo bread spread with guacamole. Yum.

    Usually eggs with pico de Gallo and avocado slices, or leftovers from dinner the night before, or a homemade low carb flax muffin with cinnamon and yacon syrup

    I've gotten sick of eggs, so I generally prepare something like a hash with chicken apple sausage, or one of PaleOMG's casseroles (buffalo chicken, pizza spaghetti pie, or pad thai).

    My first meal is usually two hardboiled eggs with leftover veggies.

    Yup. Either eggs, breakfast sausage, or leftovers from dinner.

    I like to serve eggs over sweet potato hash browns, or fried mashed sweet potatoes, or even over salad with a sprinkling of balsamic and sea salt.

    Black coffee, most of the time. 2 Eggs w/ bacon, onions, peppers if I have a big day outside planned.
