December holidays and celebrations are almost upon us so we need some help and support. The Living the Lifestyle (LTL) thread provides a great opportunity for us to learn from each other about how to make this weight loss thing a lifestyle rather than a diet.

I am on travel for most of December due to work requirements. So, I cannot do it this December.
But, I wholly recommend the exercise to everyone. It is a worthwhile endeavor.0 -
