Pho and how to track

I have plans to have pho this week without noodles but I’m struggling with how to enter that in MFP. The pho will be pork and shrimp with a little imitation crab. It’s mainly pork which is sliced meatballs and some other stuff that I have no idea what kind of pork it is.
Any suggestions??

Err on the high side and don't worry about it too much. There's a wide variety of pho entries in the MFP database ... looks like a lot hover around the 400 calorie mark. There will probably be sugar in the marinade and corn starch in the broth, but it should really be too significant.
A tip: when you get it without noodles, you can ask to substitute broccoli!0 -
If you search MFP for "pho no noodles" there are several that pop-up...I usually try to find one that sounds close in ingredients, or if I can't find something with similar ingredients I just use whatever entry has the highest calories/carbs. I'd rather over estimate than under estimate.0

BTW, watch out for imitation crab or lobster. It is made from ground pollock with a surprising amount of sugar and starch added. See if you can find some real crabmeat for your pho. Sounds yummy tho.0
