Low Calorie (less than 250 calories/meal)

So not sure if this is an active group but I’m looking for low calorie meals hopefully less than 250 calories for breakfast and lunch and have a healthy side with dinner. I have 1200 daily allowance and I’m normally good if I don’t eat until dinner. I may have apples and peanut butter for lunch and a serving of cream of wheat for breakfast. In 2 months MFP has me logged as only losing 5 lbs. HELP! Any low cal smoothie recipes?
