What inspires you?

I read a mfp post the other day that I thought was so inspiring. She said "I'm going to love myself like my life depends on it." I don't know if she came up with that or if she saw it somewhere else but it really resonated with me. Treating ourselves well and taking care of our bodies, our mental health, our spirits etc is essential to living our best life. Whether you believe in the hype/mumbo jumbo about taking care of ourselves in relation to loving yourself the fact of the matter is that it is very self destructive to stuff our faces with the gross food that wrecks our insides.
