I've been learning so much by watching the couple on Keto Connect on YouTube! I didn't know what an electrolyte was or why I was so tired. Sodium, potassium, & magnesium...who knew? Not me! I tried one of their meal preps featured in their Walmart shopping video this week. It's been great to have everything ready to go. What resources have you found helpful? Blogs, websites, books, Youtubers?
