How to get started when going out to eat

I am supposed to go out for lunch Fruday, dinner Saturday and it seems impossible to do so without attracting attention ("you're not having a glass of wine?" "Why aren't you eating any bread?" Etc)

What are good restaurant guidelines that don't make it so obvious a diet is taking place. Also, do not want to admit a low carb diet, as most of my friends insist that it's not a healthy lifestyle and weight loss will not be sustained.

    Well don't bring it up if you don't want, order a steak with butter on the side no one will guess your on a diet. Just try to make sure you keep track of the protein. Usually it's been pretty easy to eat out Keto, just there are some things I like that I have to stay away from.
