Has anyone had this happen? I did a reset and my weight stabilized. I go into a cut and gain five pounds. What gives?

Yes I log consistently, I use a scale, and I do not eat back exercise calories.

In what amount of time? Has your weight dipped down any since? Or is this consistent?

Did you weigh the morning after lifting?

Skipping some of the food you'd normally eat was only change, like no change of types of food since eating less now?

And workout didn't change, whatever it was?

And ditto to above comment about either weigh-in being at invalid time that would include known reasons for water weight fluctuation.

Because 5 lbs can easily be the case of start weigh-in being at known low water weight, last weigh-in being at high water weight.
