Chili's

So today was my first day of induction. I was so proud because I had McDonald's breakfast burritos and didn't eat the tortilla, I drank tea instead of Starbucks. Then I went to lunch and had a house salad at Chili's with no croutons and barely drizzled dressing on it. I ordered the lunch chicken fajitas with no tortillas. I had guac and sour cream but thought they were ok. I was extremely disappointed to see how many carbs were in the fajitas! Like 26!

I usually log before eating but work and home have been crazy so no food to take my lunch and had to eat out. I guess I will start over tomorrow but would love feedback on my high carbs for today. I truly don't understand. Chicken, onions, sour cream, cheese and guac. That's it.

    That sounds high for what you ate...did you deduct any fiber from the number...fiber does not affect blood sugar levels

    in the guac, sour cream, and cheese, you only had about 5 net carbs. chicken has only a trace, and onions only have a couple
