Haven't seen this posted here, yet. Pretty decent interview of Shawn Baker. One of us carnivore folks.

Good stuff. I use the plugin "video speed controller" for podcast-type videos to speed them up -- https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/video-speed-controller/nffaoalbilbmmfgbnbgppjihopabppdk?hl=en (and you can even use it with Netflix and at 1.1x and even 1.2x it's not that noticeable)
I liked how he downplayed the blood test thing. Not sure if Joe was convinced but I hope he does give it the month trial like he said he would.2
