I’m not happy in the relationship I’m in n I don’t know what to do. It’s been almost 4 yrs we live together and I don’t want to move back with my parents. I don’t have much money saved up. Plus my boyfriend is my boss to make it even worse. So I will be jobless and homeless. He doesn’t treat me right he honestly doesn’t do *kitten*. He brings me down and I’m trying so hard to diet and lose weight all he does is tempt me with food knowing I’m on a diet. I think he’s talking to other females online. He doesn’t spend much time with me and all we do is bicker. Everything he does annoys me. Food is typically my go to to make myself feel better all I wanna do is cry sleep and eat. I’m trying to stay strong and not binge. I feel so lost.

I can completely relate to how your feeling.Just a few differences,i have been married almost 31 yrs.My husband used to crash my diets,he used to talk down to me.Yet,i stayed!I became disabled about 5 yrs ago.I don't get enough to make it on my own at all.So,i'became really stuck.I have no choice to change my thinking and look at what things we do have that are good,just for my own sanity.I don't advise this to anyone.As i'm still feeling alone and unloved in alot of ways!Over time this will eat away at your soul and you will begin to believe the things he's saying to you.It will change who you are as a person!
I know you may not want to move back in with your parents,lose your job etc.If you are that unhappy as it sounds you are.Starting completely over maY absolutely suck and bring you down for abit.But the getting back up will be so enlightening for you.You will have a fresh start at being a new and better you!You can begin to repair the damage you have allowed him to put on you.Everything you mentioned you will lose are things,yes,even the job.All that can be replaced,but you my dear can not!!It's time you take control of your future and make a change.Take it from someone who is now stuck,with no choices left.Don't live the rest of your life unhappy!!!Most important learn from your mistakes.I once "dated" a boss too.Once,i learned to never do that again....Life is all about learning,sometimes ,you have to completely start over in order to retain your own happiness.I wsh you all the best.You can message me anytime,if you would like.

It sounds like it's not going to get better. You're probably better off moving back home and starting over. Could that really be worse than your current situation?4

I just re-read your original post. He sounds like an *kitten*. So if you break up with him he would fire you too? Based on what you wrote, I see no reason why you'd want to stick around. If you are worried for your safety if you break up with him take proper precautions like always having someone with you when you're around him or contacting authorities beforehand. Your safety and well being should be put first above this loser's self-esteem2

Have you tried to get another job then give your notice and move back home temporarily. You could save your money and get a roommate. Another option go back to school make a career out of something you always wanted to do.3

1st Look for other employment. Don't advertise it. Just start looking.
Start making a plan to get out. You take care of you and start distancing yourself emotionally.
Wash YOUR clothes (not his), wash your dishes and not his. Set up your bank account to save money every day. Whatever you can afford. You can put $1 a day into a savings account.
Sell things online and put that into your savings. Just make a plan to get some freedom.
Finally... Get the F out. As long as you're in a situation you're not happy in you're costing yourself time finding the right life for you. A month turns into a year, turns into 5 years, and next thing you know making the change is even harder than it would have been had you moved on sooner.5 -
Are you looking for excuses to stay? Being unhappy isn't worth it. I'm sure some days you tell yourself that it's not so bad. Those are the days that you are eating like *kitten* huh? You know your answer. It's scary starting over but god, it's amazing! I've done it. Don't take *kitten* as an option!4
