Tech thread

Afternoon Everyone,
If you have anything questions on tech, or adding fitness devices like watches, trackers, etc... I'll try to support as best as possible.

1. If you don't have a tracker you can use your phone to track your activity. You'll need to get an armband or something to attached it to you. Find the correct supporting app that uses the phone as the tracker.

2. Fitness trackers start as low as 49.99 and go up to 400. Find the one that fits your needs.

3. Some just track info, some also work as Bluetooth headset, and some you can add mp3s too. Remember you don't have to add services to your phone account. Manufactures make non LTE iwatches, Garmin, and Samsung Gear watches.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to drop in and give you an update on a couple of things. I've reached out to MYfitpal to make sure app compatibility and device sync has been fixed. They have updated both apps double check your device (phone app) for and update then power cycle device (fitness band, Samsung Gear watch, Apple watch). By power cyclying the device after app is installed, it checks to see if there are any updates it need to push to the device (fitness tracker). Note not all tracker required updates you need to double check yours to see if it does. If your not sure Google it.

So recap double check your fitness apps and devices for updates. Normally you have to down and install the updates to yp ur phone first then push it to the device by power cycling it.
