Good morning fellow AB toners! Wow day 1 feels good! I def have no problems with crunches, leg lifts and planks, BUT sit ups are challenging!! Enjoy a healthy day friends!

    day one done!!! my sit ups were NOT pretty, lol, but as the month goes on I'm hoping to improve!!

    I understand! I STRUGGLED with sit ups they kill my tailbone!

    Day 1 done. I will have problems with sit ups, today last reps of them were tough.

    Finished with day one! I agree, sit-ups were the most difficult for me (I really struggled with those last few reps) but I'm excited to see how I progress.

    I too struggled with the sit ups but that's to be expected and I know I'll get stronger.

    THIS! we do planks all of the time at command PT and crunches so those were easy, the actual sit ups killed me. On the plus side day 1 down!

  • Day 1 completed! I agree with everyone. Sit ups are not my friend! Lol hopefully at the end I'll be stronger and have a better tummy. I could definitely feel the burn. Now to do my shred it! Here we go!!
