Good morning fellow AB toners! Wow day 1 feels good! I def have no problems with crunches, leg lifts and planks, BUT sit ups are challenging!! Enjoy a healthy day friends!

Finished with day one! I agree, sit-ups were the most difficult for me (I really struggled with those last few reps) but I'm excited to see how I progress.

THIS! we do planks all of the time at command PT and crunches so those were easy, the actual sit ups killed me. On the plus side day 1 down!0 -

Day 1 completed! I agree with everyone. Sit ups are not my friend! Lol hopefully at the end I'll be stronger and have a better tummy. I could definitely feel the burn. Now to do my shred it! Here we go!!0
