Just no. Folks, thanks for being kind but I can't keep doing this. I am "obese" again. Keep gaining. AND measurements are up. If others can eat this way and lose or at least not gain, I am sincerely glad but I am an outlier. Thanks again for all the input and everybody hang in there.

It sounds like you have made up your mind but I'll try anyways.
BMI means nothing. Its been proven to be out of date and out of touch by almost all medical professionals. And if someone is still using it, they deserve to be drawn and quartered.
You are not a special snowflake that has to starve themselves to see results. Think back to every single time you restricted. What happened when you didn't anymore? Gained weight, probably fast and gained more than you lost. Its a cycle we all have been on.. Thats why we are here.
Its perfectly ok to say you aren't ready for this change in life. It goes against everything you have been taught about dieting, which is why the diet industry pushes so hard to make you feel like *kitten* about yourself. This is why you are choosing to walk away now. The diet industry has made you believe you are obese, which based on your profile pic alone, I assure you, you are not.
You posted in here just last week about how well you were doing and your NSVs.. what changed? just getting on the scale? Put the scale away! Honestly, that stupid thing tells EVERYONE the wrong thing. YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN A NUMBER!
