Will need a pass on the exercise. My body was tired yesterday and I needed a day off. I did track and I did stay within what I tracked. This is my weigh in day and with the increase in my calories...I lost 3.2 pounds this week! I felt so much more relaxed eating more food and I felt my body almost :Sigh" and the body stress dissolve. A good lesson for me that to loose weight we sometimes need to add in calories in a controlled planned manner to fuel all the activity we do. HOORAY for me!1

New trail at The Wetlands today. It’s a trail called Duck Creek, it’s not my favourite but we did see a Heron in flight and tons of Geese honking and hollering, probably planning their migration

getting around on crutches is getting my exercise in.....woohoo, did not think I would be able to exercise, which I can't but walking in crutches is definitely a workout!
@RangerRickL I like what you said about staying on board. I joined late this month so there is no way I will be in the winners circle but every day I can give 3 yeses is a win for me! I think of each DAY as a victory! ONE DAY AT A TIME!
