    NSV: My osteoarthritis no longer hurts when I walk. I have stamina to where I walk 3 miles every morning with my dogs and then I often go for a 3-5 mile walk in the afternoon or evening. Because I feel better, I make better choices and this makes me happy!

    My report today:
    Calories: under my limit
    Exercise: I've got a cold so I walked at moderate pace on treadmill for 27 minutes
    Tracking: ok

    NSV: clothes fitting better, fitting back into some smaller clothes, more endurance, enjoying the taste of healthier foods.
