    Another pass day. I had a feeling I was going to need it, but it was my 3rd and final pass day I could use this month. I hope I can make it through the next two weeks without another, but if not, there is always next month.

    NSV, I hadn't realized it, until @pears, brought it up, but I can move more easily since I lost weight. I feel light, nimble and more graceful.
