    I’m in Milwaukee at a hotel right across from the airport. Surprisingly, nice and quiet.
    When I went to check in, I realized that my cell phone must have fallen out of my jacket pocket when I got out my wallet to give the driver a cash tip. That is not good karma!
    I’ve made do with my iPad but I do not have a phone connection on that device. Having a cell phone has become a travel necessity.
    Calories: a really good day as I ate very light until supper at a BBQ bar. Nonetheless, I was under limit with a comfortable margin

    Exercise: intentional walking at the airport with two heavy book bags

    3 yesses. Did a 20 minute descending ladder HIIT workout and it left me huffing and puffing like crazy! Also spent an hour walking the mall this evening. Didn’t snack much today so a good calorie day.

    Today I laid on the couch with Poppy and we dozed on and off all day. I guess my body is tired and needed to recoup.

    An evening walk at Rodeo Park. We ended up doing 5 miles so it was good to get out and moving

    Another good day today :) WOOHOO! fOUR IN A ROW! @RangerRickL sure hope you find your cell phone! It is nice to see all the familiar names on here of all you champs that stuck with our challenge.
