3 yesses. Did a 20 minute descending ladder HIIT workout and it left me huffing and puffing like crazy! Also spent an hour walking the mall this evening. Didn’t snack much today so a good calorie day.4

Today I laid on the couch with Poppy and we dozed on and off all day. I guess my body is tired and needed to recoup.

I worked on my flexibility - it's important to stretch those muscles we use but give little thought to. I'm also excited cause I got my 3rd day in a row of 10,000+ steps.3 -
