    Slower walk in the evening after dinner and drone comp. Tired and for the first time had abdominal cramps (probably dehydration - not enough water during the day) .

    Jan 6th I decided to take as a pass day.
    It's amazing to see people who come to work a wrinkled mess with I swear bed head dress up. I didn't have to worry about food. I guess they were paying for the open bar.

    @RangerRickL my sister also has a dog called Chica, but she is a Minature Pinscher - slight disparity in size with yours! However, she can walk for miles on her little legs.

    Calories: Yes. Had to get to the airport early, didn't feel like hotel breakfast or airplane food, so first bite to eat was not until about 4pm. Did not want any dinner after that ...

    Yes x 3 with 80 minutes of YouTube exercise videos. Gilad took me to Hawaii with his video (yeah! :) ), and Jane Fonda and Leslie Sansone allowed me to exercise in the comfort of my own home.

    Yes. -46 by MFP. Glad to be under, but got to stop cutting it so close, especially on liquid calories.

    Excersie: yes. I was going to go for a swim, but the pool was closed :( So I ran & used the elliptical a little more instead.
    Calories: Yes, even though I did pig out a bit on sugar..

    Hey, y’all! I just joined today, but I just got back from vacation last night, so it’s the first day I’ve tracked all day long, too.
    Exercise: yes—I cleaned house for hours!
