Many of you love to walk with your dogs. Yesterday, I hiked alongside my daughter, Catherine, and my wife, Rose. Catherine lives in California with her brindle colored pug, Mimsie. She is the most athletic pug I have ever seen.
My own dog, Chica, is a black & white border collie. She loves to run along with me when I’m horseback riding during the summer.11 -
I wish i could train my cat to come for runs with me... instead she somehow finds burger patties and cauliflower from neighbours bins and brings them to me in the night...
Anywho, January 7th, success!
Exercise - yes, long run day (16km / 3hours on the trails)
calorie budget ... yes. went out for lunch and had to guess the count for that, but estimated on the high side.
Tracked everything... yes, even the run-snacks.
Everyone is doing so well, it's awesome to log in here each day and see the updates!8 -

Slower walk in the evening after dinner and drone comp. Tired and for the first time had abdominal cramps (probably dehydration - not enough water during the day) .

Jan 6th I decided to take as a pass day.
It's amazing to see people who come to work a wrinkled mess with I swear bed head dress up. I didn't have to worry about food. I guess they were paying for the open bar.0 -

@RangerRickL my sister also has a dog called Chica, but she is a Minature Pinscher - slight disparity in size with yours! However, she can walk for miles on her little legs.3 -

Exercise - yes. Even stayed up to get my minutes in when I felt like going to bed!

When I felt like slipping, I reminded myself that I had 3 pass days and could not face you all with using them up in the first 7 days of the month! Also, one more big work "do" coming up that I know I'll need a pass day for, so I need to save for that.7 -

Yes. -46 by MFP. Glad to be under, but got to stop cutting it so close, especially on liquid calories.

Excersie: yes. I was going to go for a swim, but the pool was closed So I ran & used the elliptical a little more instead.
