Hi all, I'm new to SBD - I really know very little about it. I went through a stressful patch a few months ago and gained nearly 20 pounds - and I already had 20 to spare. When I went to the doc a while back, my doc suggested SBD. I thought it looked reasonable, especially based on the posts I've read here. I'm not waiting til January - it's about looking and feeling better - why wait?

Great attitude! And welcome aboard. My doctor also recommended SBD because I was pre-diabetic. No more. I've been doing SBD since March 2016, and I feel great and weigh less than I have in a long time. And once you get the hang of things, it's a relatively easy regimen to maintain without feeling deprived. This board will probably be a little quiet--it happens around holiday time, but activity should pick up again in January.0
