Hi,
I am just trying to adjust my caloric intake. For the NROLFW diet plan calculator, what is the difference between
Active Workout and Strenous Work and Work out? What would one of the Stages be classified as? Anyone know?

Unfortunately I don't know, I didn't follow the planner in the book.

I read it to mean that if you have a desk job and do not work out, use the first number.
If you have a desk job and work out, use the middle number.
If you have a strenuous job and work out, use the last number.

I am not an expert - I am just beginning, but I did just read the book again this week so it is fresh in my mind.
