2017 was s good year for my WLJ.

Hit Onederland in a September Wi and again in October and been going down since then.
One thing I learned from GoaD...what changes when you reach your weight goal? Nothing, you just keep doing what got you there,
I will probably be posting a lot of Maintenance questions, threads and LTL discussions in 2018. After five years in the Losing mode I know there will be some new and different challenges ahead.
Happy New Year!

I found the 0.6 that I lost last week. Since i didn't track either week, I'll take it!
Committing to tracking today, this week, this month, next month, and all of 2018. I'm going to work to get back to my low of a couple years ago, and then to goal. By then, you'll be an expert @Jimb376mfp and you can answer all my questions! And congrats on the impressive numbers!1 -

At the rate you're going Jim, I can't imagine that will be the case. Go get 'em!

I always heard “the last ten pounds” are the hardest.
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but it took me 8 months to lose my last 10 pounds to reach goal. I was beginning to think it would never happen!
My doctor offered to give me a note when I was 10 pounds above my goal weight since he felt that I was at a "healthy weight" and had no medical issues. I respectfully denied his offer. The last thing I wanted was to start out 10 pounds above the top of the range for my height. Plus, my leader told me that if I had a doctor's note and wanted to go lower then I would have to get another doctor's note.
I just joined another MFP group -- The 10-pound challenge. It lasts for 8 weeks and at the end of that 8 weeks, another one starts. Since I want to lose 20 pounds, I'm hopeful that doing this will keep me on track. Maybe.
