Hi Fitcats, Welcome to a Healthy New Year!
Our Fitcat Challenge will begin in the New Year. Each week we will encourage you to make one healthy change and we'll give you tips and info too.
Set yourself up for success. Here are a few tips to get prepared before we start our Fitcat New Year Challenge.

On 1 piece of paper write down:
1. Set 2-3 realistic goals that can be measured and achieved in 8 weeks.
(Jan 8th - March 5th). If your goal is weight loss a realistic goal is
1 - 2 lbs/week.
2. Name 2 people that you can count on to support you and hold you accountable.
Share your goals with them and let them know how they can best support you.
3. Write down 3 things you need to do in order to achieve your goal.
4. Make sure you are prepared to start on Jan 8th. (If you need to buy new shoes,
Join a gym, Get a class schedule, Hire a trainer, Clean the junk out of your kitchen,
Find new recipes, Shop for healthy groceries, Sign up for a race, etc - Do it now.)
If there is any prep work to do, now is the time.
