Keep my carb low.
Stay under my calories goal.
Exercise strength training 2xa week.
Log my food every day.
Lose 3 pound. Starting waight January 8, 144 pound.

Goals:
Stay in carb range (except my b-day celebration)
Good here.
Continue working out several times per week (started getting back on track last month)
Good here. Making workouts a priority again.
Trying to do more things that are fun and that I enjoy to avoid the depression that winter and my b-day often brings.
We've had dinner with friends a couple evenings. We had to have our dog put to sleep Friday so yeah...that wasn't great for the avoiding depression plan.1 -
So sorry for your loss anglyn1!! It is not easy to lose our four footed family members!
My weekend threw me off. I am back on track today. And a plan is in place for the weekend. Keep going everyone! You are great motivation to me!0 -
