You can add weights if you want but just pure squats do them in sets of how many you can do0

OH MY!!! I would love to join your challenge. It would give me a goal other than fat loss to focus on, but I SUCK at squats! I doubt I could manage 50, never MIND 200!! Maybe after I drop 30 lbs or so :sad:0
