Today is my one-year "anniversary date" of my "diet" & I've lost a total of 105.4 lbs with 55-60 more lbs to try to lose this year, aiming for a goal weight of about 155 lbs (a "guesstimate"). After I lose another 25-30 lbs, I plan to have a Dexascan done to give me a better idea of what my goal weight should really be and I'll also have my RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) measured again at that time since it's done at the same place.7 -

I'm new to this group and so glad to ha e found it. I feel out of control most days and start a new diet every day to only eat 3000 calories when I get home from work. I found this challenge and so far have has 2 successful days without the binge. I have been able to control portions which is my hardest battle. It's only 2 days so far but more than I have ever been able to do before. Thanks for letting me share.
