Newbie...Starting Sunday

So I'm new to NROLFW. I borrowed the book from the library right now. I plan on starting Sunday with Stage 1 Workout A. Currently I had been doing some weights with my boyfriend but I wanted something a little more structured. I look forward to seeing how this goes. Wish me luck. Also open to any friend requests, or any one looking to start with me. =)

    Soooo. I really didn't get to doing it at all this week. Did it for 1 day. Been really slack. Started day 1 again today. I'm gonna do this! My bf is catching up to my weight (within 10lbs) so I need to get my butt in gear!
