Lunges; traveling lunges, traveling lunges with dumbbells or a barbell rack on shoulders, stationary lunges same leg or alternating leg with and without dumbbells, stationary lunges from higher starting point to lower end point, backward lunges. Work on form before adding weights and repetition.0
