Background/Purpose for the group

The purpose of this group is to support each other with our nutrition and food goals. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or something in between, we all have goals and and room for improvement. I'm not a nutritionist or dietitian, but we have a lot of smart people in the AMP community, and through our own knowledge and experiences, coupled with the AMP workouts, we can all help each other out. I'll be posting some favorite recipes and encourage you to do the same.
