August challenge starts today!

Hey guys :) to start this challenge off i'll be sharing my current weight and goals for this month.
Then you all can post yours :)

August 1st:

Height: 5"9
Weight: 201.9
Fat%: 34.1
B.M.I: 29.9

Goal by september 1st

Weight: 190 >> 11 .9 lbs to lose
Fat : low 33%

In my MFP album In 6 hours.

I will also be including my workout schedule for the rest of this week,
Hip hop abs dvd.

Thursday: cardio+ hips, buns, and thighs
65 crunches

Friday: cardio + ab
Crunch rest

Saturday: total body burn
70 crunches

Sunday: abs
75 crunches

Monday rest dayday
80 crunches

I hope to workout everyday!

Meal summary- 1st meal: protein smoothie
2nd meal: home made fajitas without rice or tortillas
With: chicken taco seasoning, mushrooms,
Baby sweet peppers and onions.
3rd meal: lean ground turkey meat 4 oz. With steamed
Vegetable mix.
Snack: fruit & veggies w/ or w/ out peanut butter.

You don't need to add all this info but if you would like to I would love to see!

    Goal by Sept 1st

    Weight: 180 - need to lose the lbs I put on on hol
    Fat % under 20%
    BMI: 24.4

    It's evening here so day 1 is done

    I did a stronglifts workout and insanity Cardio Power & Resisitance and Insanity Cardio Abs so done my 1hrs exercise

    Food- I'm not cutting out gluten or dairy but will be cutting out processed sugars and fats, no takeaway or ready meals or junk and no alcohol . My diary is open you can see what I had today - crumpets, beans on toast, pasta for meals protein shakes pre and post workout banana as a snack

    Workouts for rest of week:

    Fri: Stronglifts & Spin

    Sat: Circuit Training

    Sun Kick Boxing

  • @benno1978: you are doing great already! Thank you for taking on this challenge with me! I have read your post and viewed your current pics. Keep them up :) I wish I was in the 180'a again! Can't wait for that weight ! Your workouts are awesome! Let us get stronger and stronger everyday! It's great that you are cutting out processed and alcohol! Gluten/ dairy free is not for everyone but i've noticed my stomach and hips shrinking because i've cut down a lot and do not exercise as much as I should. I love dairy and gluten and have allowed myself once a week to eat it. That day maybe tomorrow because it is my girlfriends birthday and we are celebrating :) again thank you for joining and it would be great to have more people joining, so if you'd like spread the word! :) great job and good luck to us!
