I've really eaten all my anxiety in 2017 and managed to gain back almost all the weight I've lost on mfp. Starting again to begin to peel off some of the pounds during January and February. This challenge goes from Friday, January 5th to Friday, March 2nd. Choose your weight loss strategies and let's check in each Friday.

I too have gained back everything .I guess mine will be a 7 week challenge since I haven't been on here for awhile. I really need to break the sweets and soda's addiction .And of course ,the junk food.0
