Original SB diet and the DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution

I've said it before, they are basically the same approach. Both are low glycemic approaches, that focus on healthy carbs and healthy fats. To that end, I've added the DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution to our title. Hope no one minds.
(Note: The DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution isn't quite the same as the original DASH diet. The Weight Loss version, a great read, focuses more on vegetables and protein and less on grains, and less on managing blood pressure and cholesterol, though it still mentions it.)

The first DASH diet has more emphasis on grains, but it wasn't a weightloss diet, per se.
The DASH Diet Weight loss Solution is nearly identical to SB.
Phases, two weeks with no grains, fruit, alcohol.
Lots of vegetables, and lean proteins.
Three meals and two snacks
A reintroduction to whole grains fruit and "moderate" alcohol in Phase 2.
A continued emphasis on limiting added sugars, and heavily processed foods
An emphasis on good fats, and good carbs.
