Pre and post workout nutrition

Hey guys!
I don’t eat before our workouts in the morning and am wondering if you guys do.
Also, what do you typically eat after an AMP workout to fuel and replenish.

    Hey Mel! I'm trying to eat before the morning workouts now. Something lite, maybe a banana or a protein bar. I think you are depriving yourself of potential energy if you are working out on an empty stomach. Its tough though that early in the AM. After class I usually go home and make a smoothie with frozen fruit and two scoops of whey protein.

    Hi Mel: Steve suggested eating a banana before AMP, so now I usually do that. I make protein shakes for breakfast in the car later on my way to work.
