Butt and Thighs

I was wondering if anyone would be able to share with me their results with NROL4W specifically with their butt and thighs. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs. And was hoping that weight lifting would help tone those. I want to gain muscle everywhere, but REALLY hoping to tone those areas.
I keep reading posts where women are saying they gained inches in their butts and thighs and it's freaking me out! Any opinions would be great.
Thanks!!

This is TOTALLY my problem as well. I will tell you my experience with a caveat- I am now halfway through stage 6. I have been doing this program exactly by the book in terms of the exercises, EXCEPT I have been out of town a lot so I could not always do it. In terms of the diet, I have kept myself on maintenance calories on MFP, and eating at least 120gm/day of protein (I weigh 136, calculated lean body weight about 100). My hip and thigh measurements have stayed the same or maybe down by about 1cm since January when I started the program, but my saddlebags are gone, cellulitis is ALMOST gone, and my thighs are definitely firmer. So- I think it's pretty good. BTW I am 51 years old. It's hard at this age! But I saw a good friend of mine last month whom I had not seen in 7 years, and she told me that when she pulled up to pick me up at the airport I looked like I had my same body as high school. LOL.0

Oh- and my butt is going slowly back up to where it is supposed to be  - it was kind of "saggy" for a while there after I lost weight...:blushing:0

Thanks kathleennf....I'm hoping that continuing to do 2 nights of cardio with the NROL4W will help me out with thinning out my thighs and butt.
Anyone else???0 -
me too! i have gone up .5 inch in my hips and stayed the same in my legs. i think the .5 inch is because my butt is much perkier. besides that, there's a noticeable reduction in the bumpiness/softness of my thighs/butt. i feel the firmness of my muscles coming through and i LOVE IT! i'm just starting out stage 3, been lifting since late spring.
just remember to have patience and to keep it up with good eating habits. you can totally do this!0 -
I'm in the same boat. I haven't lost anything as far as inches.
But, my clothes fit differently, I'm down a size and my @ss is up on top of my legs instead of sitting next to me in a chair.
Everyone tells me I look like I've lost a bunch of weight (which I haven't) and that I look fit.

Thanks everyone, this makes me feel a lot better! The last thing I wanted was to go up in pant sizes0
