    I live in Albuquerque, NM. I’ve been on Keto officially 2 weeks (?) unofficially a month, researched for a month prior to unofficially starting (complete nerd). I’ve lost & I’ve gained. I’m down from the start but up from my lowest. Ugh. I know where my Achilles heel is: Keto Bark. I wish Lily’s chocolate and I had never been introduced. Anywho, I’d LOVE support, community and all things Keto. I adore this way of eating, like never before, just need to find balance....

    I'm Tiffany from Des Moines, IA (USA). I've been keto since 01/21/17. Started keto at 225 today I hover between 167-170. My goal weight is 145-150 but really I just want to be a healthy brick house of muscle. Love this keto life!!!

    Florida. And I have been keto (then zerocarb) for 1,740 days. That's like ~4.8 years. Getting close to 5 years. I just past my 4 year mark of carnivore eating.
